Mark B. Schellerup

Mr. Schellerup is a distinguished litigator and has received Martindale Hubbell’s top AV rating and has been named to Vegas, Inc.’s Top Lawyer List.  Further, he has been voted in the top 1% of attorneys.  Mr. Schellerup has taken in excess of 50 cases to trial in both California and Nevada and has successfully argued before the Nevada Supreme Court and California appellate courts.  Although Mr. Schellerup has defended cases in a wide variety of practice areas, the vast majority of his experience relates to the following: commercial and personal automobile and trucking liability; general/premises liability; products liability; construction defect and construction contract disputes; professional negligence/malpractice; and contracts. 

Prior to co-founding Schellerup & Motschenbacher, P.C., Mr. Schellerup was a Partner at a larger firm and had direct oversight in defending carriers, individuals, and entities, primarily in personal injury matters. 

Mr. Schellerup was born and raised in Hong Kong until his family relocated to Berlin, Germany. Mr. Schellerup graduated high school in Germany and then attended the University of Florida where he obtained an undergraduate degree.  Thereafter, he attended the University of Florida School of Law and obtained his J.D.  Mr. Schellerup was first admitted to practice law in 1983.
